Expanding parking and access to support a growing client base and future development
With a client base growing beyond the bounds of its Winchester branch office, Viola Engineering needed a parking lot expansion.
Colman Engineering developed plans and specifications for two asphalt parking lots, two building entrances, an access drive along the rear of the existing building, stormwater management and pedestrian facilities, and associated site improvements, thereby meeting Viola Engineering’s need for increased parking capacity while providing accessibility and connectivity to the Winchester office.
Improvements are expected to provide the Winchester branch office with enough capacity to serve the company’s current, ongoing, and future development.
