Engineering for the communities people call home
We work with cohousing groups, townhome communities, homeowners associations, and property owners associations to plan new neighborhoods and care for existing ones. Our work includes rezoning and site design for community-driven projects, plus inspection, recertification, and repair design for stormwater ponds, BMPs, and dams that associations are responsible for maintaining. We serve residential communities throughout Virginia.
