Over the years, we’ve worked together to build a culture that values doing things right—for our clients, their neighbors, the environment, and the community. But we also want to do what’s right for each other. And that’s where policies come in.

Policies can sound like a bad word, so it may help to think of them as guardrails. They’re there to protect us and keep us moving in the right direction. This is especially important as the team grows.
